What are your responsibilities?

As a production manager, you are responsible for the insurance files of your clients, mainly companies but also self-employed and some individuals.
  • You are your customers' administrative contact for the various corporate insurance lines.
  • Thanks to the contracts we draft, you can provide policies that are adapted to the needs and wishes of your clients.
  • You manage their files and follow up on the corresponding administration in a correct, efficient and reactive manner.
  • Your clients can contact you by phone or in writing. In collaboration with the account manager, you advise and assist them with their insurance coverage.
  • In order to draw up policies that are as qualitative as possible, you research and analyze the conditions, rates and coverage of the various insurers.
  • Our account manager, who is responsible for your customers, can also count on your support.

What are your skills?

  • You have a degree in economics or law, or you can prove experience in these fields.
  • You have knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Your professionalism helps you ask the right questions, understand your customers and seek a customized solution. Your customers' satisfaction is your priority.
  • Your sense of responsibility allows you to set your priorities and structure your work independently.
  • You are fluent in French, both orally and in writing, and have a good command of spelling. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a plus.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office software.
  • As a member of the team, you contribute to the good atmosphere in the office.
