What are your responsibilities?
As a claims manager, you will be in charge of opening and managing claims for our clients, mainly companies but also self-employed and some individuals.
- You register the claim internally and with the insurers after verifying the coverage and the data received from the client;
- You proactively communicate with the client to ensure the accuracy of the return and to gather all necessary information;
- When it is useful, you quickly mandate an expert;
- You define the priorities according to the file, and establish an agenda for the follow-up;
- You communicate with the customer in a proactive, clear and pleasant manner;
- You follow up on the sending and receipt of documents used for compensation or recourse;
- You react immediately in case of problems with the interpretation of coverage, and/or incorrect statements;
- You inform the account manager spontaneously of the progress of the files;
- When necessary, you will call a meeting with your managers to find solutions to possible blockages.
What are your skills?
- You have the required experience for at least one year;
- You have a degree in economics or law, or can demonstrate experience in these areas.
- Your professionalism helps you ask the right questions, understand your customers and seek a personalized solution. Your customers' satisfaction is your priority.
- Your sense of responsibility allows you to set your priorities and structure your work independently.
- You are fluent in French, both orally and in writing, and have a good command of spelling. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a plus.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office software.
